My vision as Village President is to:
- Evaluate the expenditures of each department to ensure that our tax dollars are being used appropriately. This is critical as we want to make sure we are spending tax dollars where needed and wisely.
- Meet with the Village department heads (Police Department Chief, Fire Department Chief, Public Works Director, Village Administrator) to ensure they have continued access to all available grants to help offset the costs to our Village.

Maria: The Army Core Engineers have addressed the problem in hopes that it will prevent future flooding.

Maria: We can review, research and identify businesses that are interested in being part of the Village and bring them to the board for approval of the addendum.
We would do a thorough and extensive review, to identify businesses that are interested in being part of Forest View and bring them to the board for annex approval. This would help bring more tax dollars to the Village of Forest View.
