Berwyn, Illinois (NED).– Sin importar el tiempo de espera este jueves 24 de marzo automovilistas se formaron desde muy temprano para esperar que a las 7:00am comenzarán a recibir gasolina gratis, cortesía del millonario Willie Wilson, quien segundo día da este obsequio a residentes de áreas como Berwyn y Cicero.
Willie Wilson se presentó en la gasolinera de la Cermak y Laramie ubicada en Cicero el día de ayer jueves asegurando a los medios de comunicación presentes que en Illinois hay una gran necesidad de gasolina gratis. Añadiendo que podría tener que hacer un tercer sorteo si los precios del combustible siguen aumentando. El dueño del lugar viendo el inumerable grupo de automovilistas decidió bajar unos centavos el galón de gasolina, sólo por el resto del día.
Otros habitantes de Chicago y los suburbios tuvieron la oportunidad de obtener combustible gratis en casi 50 estaciones de servicio en toda el área. Los automovilistas recibieran $50 por persona hasta que se agote el dinero.
A diferencia de la última vez, este jueves no se permitió que los vehículos formaran fila durante la noche. A los automovilistas se les permitió obtener su lugar en la fila a partir de las 6:30 a. m., pero esa regla no impidió que algunos habitantes de Chicago hicieran fila temprano de todos modos.
En cada gasolinera se permitió la participación de 400 autos entre las 7 a. m. y alrededor de las 10:30 a. m. quienes recibieron gasolina gratis.
Wilson pidió la colaboración del Departamento de Policía de Chicago, la Oficina de Manejo de Emergencias y los funcionarios suburbanos para asegurarse de que todo saliera bien para evitar un caos.

Berwyn, Illinois (NED) – Regardless of the wait time, on Thursday, March 24, motorists lined up early in the morning to wait for the 7:00 a.m. start of free gas, courtesy of millionaire Willie Wilson, who for the second day in a row is giving this free gift to residents of Berwyn and Cicero.
Willie Wilson showed up at the Cermak and Laramie gas station located in Cicero yesterday Thursday assuring the media present that there is a great need for free gas in Illinois. Adding that he may have to do a third drawing if fuel prices continue to rise. The owner of the location seeing the countless group of motorists decided to drop a few cents off a gallon of gas, just for the rest of the day.
Other Chicagoans and suburbanites had the opportunity to get free fuel at nearly 50 gas stations throughout the area. Motorists would receive $50 per person until the money ran out.
Unlike last time, vehicles were not allowed to line up overnight this Thursday. Motorists were allowed to get their place in line starting at 6:30 a.m., but that rule didn’t stop some Chicagoans from lining up early anyway.
At each gas station, 400 cars were allowed to participate between 7 a.m. and about 10:30 a.m. and received free gas.
Wilson asked for the cooperation of the Chicago Police Department, the Office of Emergency Management and suburban officials to make sure everything went smoothly to avoid chaos.
